can't select a contact after some minuts of inactivity

Description
After X minutes of inactivity, i can't select a contact and i can't doble click on it to start a conversation.
I have other possibilities: - right click and i can activate every option - go to "visualize" menu, sort by group and do sort it by status to unlock this "bug".
I use gnome 2.22.2 compiled by ubuntu, i use ubuntu hardy heron 8.04 and emesene 1.0 in ubuntu package.
