UnicodeDecodeError

Hello! This is with the portable version, but it was alike when I tried the installer version. 15(at first round, a bit later +3) windows appear reporting a fatal error, each with the same type of problem.

The first one says:

Please fix this bug! The program cannot display my contacts, so the problem may be critical, because I cannot use it.
